Color and excitement return to Prospect’s City Hall through December 7. Art in City Hall Prospect presents a wonderful opportunity to view art in Natural Elements.
On Sunday, September 28th, the main exhibition, "Natural Elements," opened to an enthusiastic crowd. This show features 21 artists working in fiber, clay, paint and mixed media and runs through December 7, 2025. Following the opening, the exhibition can be seen during regular City Hall business hours M 8:30 – 6:30, Tu-Thu 8:30 – 4:30 and F 8:30 – 3:30.
Art in City Hall’s mission is to provide a public venue to raise awareness of the visual arts and to give artists an opportunity to show their work and to connect with members of our community. Prospect Mayor Doug Farnsley initiated the exhibition series as a way to honor his sister Ann Farnsley. Ann was a life-long professional artist who became a steadfast supporter of the arts in her community of Vevay, Indiana."
